We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join MatricAI, a leading provider of online data science courses and AI/ML training. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our online courses to prospective students. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data science and artificial intelligence, coupled with excellent communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
Promote and sell MatricAI's online data science courses, AI, and ML training programs to individuals and corporate clients.
Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable courses or programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and addressing any queries or concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive offerings, and market demands to ensure a competitive edge.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team on a regular basis.
Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and generate leads.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through self-learning and training opportunities.
Qualifications
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or technology sector.
Strong knowledge and understanding of data science, AI, and ML concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
